All Day Crop!

What a wonderful, wonderful day. My Creative Memories consultant hosted a Summer Social all day crop today. I managed to finish 19 pages! Here are my pics, edited for privacy.


One of the last pages of Chaos' baby album - the story of finding out we were expecting. Only 2 pages left and his album will be done!


A two page spread for our family album. I am loving the calendar pages. I'm sure years from now when I look back on what we were doing I will be so glad that I have these!

A few pages of Pinky's ballet observation class. I LOVED using the new Delight line from Creative Memories for this line. I've been working on Chaos' album for so long that it was fun to work with some pink!




Our first camping trip with Chaos (it was a disaster). I still need to add journaling for the first page (the location of the park was the title that I edited out).

Today's crop brings my grand total to 44 pages! Wow!

Summer Page Challenge, 2

More completed pages for the Scrapbook Challenge. I intentionally took pics of the calendar pages before I added info to them. I also blurred out the faces of the other children in Pinky's ballet class for privacy reasons. I apologize for not taking the 2 page layout pictures side by side. That certainly would have saved me some space!

After adding these 11 pages, my summer count total is 22. I have an all day crop coming up before the summer ends, so I'm really hoping I can get close to 50 pages!

Summer Page Challenge

On one of the message boards I belong to I am part of a Summer Page Challenge. Basically a contest to see who can scrap the most pages this summer. While I don't expect to win, it certainly is a great motivator!

Here are the first pages I have made for the challenge (LOTS of pics to follow). My count stands at 11 pages (sides), completed between June 5th and 8th.

A two page layout of a trip we took to see family in January for Chaos' baby album. I actually goofed and had already scrapped this trip, but figured since the pages were done I would put it in the book anyway.

Another 2 page layout of our trip to Chicago to see family for Chaos' album. This was a hard one for me (and I'm not 100% happy with it) because the pictures I had were not the best, but I still wanted to include it in his album. It was also the last page I did that night, and I was tired.

The first 2 page layout of Chaos' first birthday for his album. I took this before I added a Happy Birthday banner on the first page, and I'm too lazy to take another picture. It looks much better with the banner though, trust me.

The second two page layout of Chaos' birthday for his album (recognize that quilt?). I love the picture progression of him eating cake. Too cute!

All the pages and supplies are from Creative Memories except the month titles. Those are cut outs of some great themed paper I found at a scrapbooking store while on vacation a few years ago.
