Summer Fun List!

With only 3 weeks left in the school year, the kids and I have started working on our summer fun list. It's still a work in progress, but I thought I'd share what we have so far - maybe someone out there has some fun ideas we can add!

1. Cook and eat a sand cake (crushed cookies and pudding)
2. Have a bike wash
3. Go on a nature scavenger hunt
4. Blow BIG bubbles
5. Create a nature journal
6. Create a terrarium
7. Give the kids a dirt pile to plant and play in
8. Make a mud pie (Pinky wants no part of this one)
9. Fly a kite
10. Catch fireflies
11. Play in the rain
12. Paint outside
13. Make fairy houses
14. Go fishing
15. Continue our Playground Tour (a quest to visit every playground in our city)
16. Make a bird feeder
