Pinky brought this craft home from preschool the other day. I think it is so cute! It's simply a paper cup, painted by Pinky, with a pipe cleaner threaded through a hole at the bottom of the cup. They attached a bell to the pipe cleaner inside the cup and voila! A cute bell!
