Happy Birthday Chaos!

Happy 2nd Birthday to my little man!

We celebrated a day early so Daddy could be home for the fun! We made this awesome burger and fries cake for him. It was so easy and turned out SO cute!

The buns are yellow cake frosted with a mixture of cream cheese and chocolate frosting (to give the tan color). The sesame seeds are Rice Krispies. For the "burger" we used chocolate cake and decorated it with Fruit RollUps (yellow for cheese and green for lettuce). We added red and yellow icing for ketchup and mustard. The fries are leftover slices of yellow cake (from trimming the rounded top from the bottom bun) with red "ketchup" icing.

Chaos had a GREAT time (and so did we). I really can't believe he's 2 years old already!!

Happy Birthday Chaos - I hope all your wishes come true!

Looks awesome! It's so fun making cool cakes for the kiddos. The burger turned out great and the fries look real. Our daughter's first birthday is coming up and I have to decide on a cake...I've seen some cute Very Hungry Caterpillar Cakes, so I'm thinking of going that direction. We'll see.
